Pickled Cinnamon Apple Rings

If you grew up in the 1950s or 60s you may fondly remember spiced apple rings.

Pack pickles into pint jars and process in a hot water bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Process pint or quart size jars in a boiling water bath for 20 minutes. Drain apples add to hot syrup and cook 5 minutes. For 2 mornings remove cucumbers and heat solution.
